01.08.09 Just Another Cursed Day

Evaporation
This morning I woke up early coz im excited for im not going to school but to somewhere else. Who wont get excited if you were about to have an instant Php10,000 in your hand. Well it isnt instant, really, coz ive waited for it for so long. Last time the wait time was just 30 days from the re-application but this time its now 30 WORKING days. Too bad it landed on the holiday season, that more than 30 but not working days gone by. Now its time to claim my scholarship allowance im longing for so long. Everything's fine, weve asked for an excuse on this day's subjects, we are sure of having it coz others got theirs, except for one. The weather isnt fine.

Condensation
It was a bit rainy maybe due to the typhoon in Visayas. But its ok. Its not that hard. I wore on my rockstar pants, green tShirt, and the black rubber shoes, with Omel's hanky, my phone and my iD. I did not bring my bag coz im planning to buy a new one this day.

Precipitation
Jerwin, whom was my co-scholar buddy and classmate, was also excited, he have so many things to buy too (such as Twilight books, a new pair of shoes, clothes, etc). He did want me to go early too, in fact i did it this time. I arrived at the Capitol in Pasig City, maybe minutes after him. He said he hasnt checked yet, he like us to do it together. Nice. Its raining a bit, good thing he has an umbrella. Suddenly i joked on how about we did got nothing, coz we didnt call to make sure, weve got careless. But hesitantly, he answered back, "Think POSITIVE!".

Its pouring!!
Then were on the door of the Scholarship Office, not anyone of us wants to go first. Nagtutulakan na kami. Buti na lang may lumabas so weve decided na sabay na pumasok. Now were in.

"Upo muna kayo" . Maam Malou uttered.
"Magcclaim?" . Pasunod na tanong. Tinanguan lang namin.
"RCSF?" . "Opo" . Habang naghahalukay na si maam ng files.
"Tumawag na ba kayo?" tanong ni Maam Ruby.
(paktay. Eh di pa kami tumatawag.Eto na ata yung kinakatakutan ko.)

Ay eto pala." "+sigh+". "Kinabahan si Ian.Hehe" biro ni maam malou.

Inayos na ni Maam yung claim slip ko. Nagkapirmahan na. Pinapunta na ako sa cashier para iclaim ko na. Nang..

It pours Harder
"ahm.Excuse po. Magcclaim po"
nagulat at napabalikwas ang nagtetext na babae sa loob ng booth. Sabay kuha nung iD ko at nung Claim slip.
"..., .., ay! Wala pa eto eh! Tsktsktsk. Pakisabi icheck yung master list nila" ibinalik sa akin yung susi sa php10,000 ko.
WAAAAHHH!!
Bakit ganun. Diretso ako sa office ulet. Tapos sinabe yung mga nangyare den.
"ay. Di kasi kayo tumawag muna eh. Pag ganun tawag muna kayo ha. Para sure. La pa kasi pera pala sa inyo. Mga tuesday, tawag kayo ha."
"ah.Ok po. Salamat po" -leaves-.

Thunder roars and Lightning strikes
Pano na yan. Were both undefined. Then i asked Jerwin to eat na, kasi kagutom pero yung tipid lang. Di kasi ako nagdala ng madaming pera dahil nga akala ko ay makukuha namin ang aming sampung libo. At ganun din pala sya. As usual, SM Megamall pa rin kahit malungkot. Sumakay kami ng jeep. Then nagbayad na si Jerwin, pati ako, nanghiram muna sa kanya ng pamasahe. But after nung maiabot nya yung bayad, biglang liko naman ng jeep. WTS!! Edi hindi dadaan sa Mega? Pota sayang bayad edi baba kami agad. Lakad. Nakikipag patintero sa mga sasakyan. Kinakabahan nga kami dahil anu kayang susunod na mangyayaring kamalasan sa amin? Ang masagasaan? No-no. Luckily. Nakarating kami ng Mega. Kain lang. Tapos gala ng onte. Window shop yung mga gustong bilhin then uwi agad.

Rainbow
Yun nga yung inaantay ko. Yung rainbow behind these kamalasans. Pero wala. Wala talaga. Luckily nakauwi ako ng safe. Ewan ko lang kay Jerwin, sana,hehe. Nakakahiya tuloy humarap sa parents. Tsktsk.

Lessons na natutunan..

Nung nasa NBS kami, ive spotted a paradox.
*bakit kaya mas mahal yung mga librong mas kailangang mabasa ng mga tao? Like yung nasa "Faith and Religion Section" at nasa "College Section"?? Salagay ba eh pangmayaman lang yun.? Gusto ko sanang bumili ng mga books about Christianity, baka sakaling mawala yung gulo ng isip ko, kaso mahal eh. Kawawa naman yung mga mahihirap, they dont deserve those yata. :C
